We are TxTconverter (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the privacy of users of the TxTconverter software and related services that we provide (“Software”) (“User”, “you”, or “your”). This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is an integral part of our Software’s terms in the End User License Agreement (EULA) (“Terms”) and governs the manner in which information, including Personal Data (meaning any information that identifies or could reasonably identify a specific individual (“Personal Data”)), related to your use of the Software, is processed.

Category F: Internet or Electronic Network Activity: Including interactions with the Software and search queries processed through it.

9. Search Data and Third-Party Search Provider
The Software integrates a third-party search provider to deliver search results. Search queries you submit may be shared with this provider for the purpose of generating relevant results and, where applicable, for revenue attribution in connection with our monetization model. Queries are anonymized before any long-term storage. The search provider operates under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Software is intended for individuals 16 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from minors.

11. Updates to This Policy
